Art Club version 3.0 : Afterschool Centers on Education

This is my third year teaching at Ojeda MS for the ACE Art Club. Art Club students have been busy working on two different animation projects. Our main project is a claymation which explores anti-bullying and what happens when friends grow apart in the transition from elementary school to middle school. The entire process has been student centered and I have been learning about claymation from them! Studens created the plot, script, backdrops, and characters, are animating and directing themselves. Students also helped set up a display exhibit for Parents' Night.
